Is my purchase eligible for an exchange?
Yes, you can exchange your merchandise within a month of receiving your product. We do not offer any exchanges on print shop, accessories and stationery products.We do not offer exchanges on jewellery items. All products purchased during sales are not eligible for any exchange or return.All discounted merchandise is not applicable for any exchanges. We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. No exchanges will be offered on products that are worn or are sent to us without tags and in non saleable condition.
Is my purchase eligible for a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless the product received is damaged or sent incorrectly.
What is the exchange process?
We are happy to assist you with your exchanges in case you are not
satisfied with your products (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached). Exchanges are applicable within a 30 day period from the time you receive your order. We offer a credit note valid for 90 days from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. You can return your product through:
1. Home Collection
You can request a home pick-up for your returns and exchanges. Write to us at care@sampadaindia.com or call/WhatsApp on +91 9818806535 or +91 9911768883. A return shipping fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for your pickups.
2. Store Drop
You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Sampada store. Kindly inform us at care@sampadaindia.com to process your exchanges at the store.
Kindly note, shipping charges are not adjusted against issuing of credit notes. We will not be able to process any store bought merchandise or online merchandise at any of our pop-up exhibitions/shows.
How can I view my credit?
On signing in, you can view the total credit available in your account.
How can I redeem my credit?
The credit can be applied on view my cart section before you proceed for checkout.
Once the order is placed your credits will be adjusted accordingly.
How are credits adjusted?
If your total cart amount exceeds the credit value then the cart adjusts itself and the balance order amount can be paid through checkout.
If your total cart value is less that the credits that you have in your account, the order value will deduct the required credit only. The balance credit will remain in your account and you can use the same in your next purchase.

Can I use my credit at an offline store location / exhibition event?
No, unfortunately, online store credits can not be used at our offline stores or at any exhibition event.
Can I exchange my online purchases at your offline store / exhibition event?
No, we are sorry, the products purchased online can not be exchanged at the store/ exhibition event.
General Terms and Conditions
Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.
No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
Exchange and Returns During Sales
The Annual Sale is an online and offline event that takes place at various time intervals between December and January.
Discounted products sold during the Sale period are not eligible for exchange or return across all product categories.
No cancellations, amendments, or change in shipping/billing address will be entertained during this sale period
No other offer or discount can be clubbed with the Sale offers.
All valid gift cards and credit vouchers can be redeemed during the Sale.
Due to increased volume of orders, the delivery time may vary. Please check our shipping policies for details on the same. We will not entertain special requests for faster deliveries.
Fulfillment of orders will be subject to product availability and within certified product quality parameters.
Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
Discounts are subject to change without prior intimation. No claims due to this will be entertained.
In case a damaged product is received, please reach out to
us at care@sampadaindia.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order with your order details.
In case of any conflict with the standard Terms and Conditions
mentioned on the website, the Sale TnC stipulated here will apply.
For all online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered, a
refund only for the unfulfilled value of the order will be initiated
within 15 Calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation from our
side.
It is our endeavor to ensure smooth online operations. However, during
the Sale period, in case of any technical challenges faced, reach out to our Customer Care team who will assist you accordingly.
All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.

How do I report damaged product?
All items with any defect are to be notified to the customer care team within a month of purchase. You can drop the product at any of our stores or courier it to us. Our team will get back to you regarding the same after examining the defect.
